WAC 230-03-179. Applying to operate house-banked card games

(1) You must apply for a house-banked card game license if you want to offer for play authorized house-banked card games. (2) With this license, you may also: (a) Offer for play nonhouse-banked card games; and/or (b) Conduct approved tournaments; and/or (c) Offer player-supported jackpots; and/or (d) Use alternative fee collection. (3) You may not operate more than fifteen card tables.
