WAC 230-03-227. Applying for an enhanced raffle call center license

(1) You must apply for an enhanced raffle call center license if you receive authorized enhanced raffle ticket sales. (2) The licensing process may include an on-site review of your call center process to ensure compliance with applicable gambling laws and rules, and your qualifications for licensure.
