WAC 230-10-300. Refunding entry guarantee tickets

A customer may request a refund before the start of the special event bingo session. Bingo licensees must: (1) Require the person requesting the refund to sign the back of the ticket; and (2) Refund the entire purchase price of the ticket to the customer; and (3) Make all refunds by check payable to the customer; and (4) Record the entry guarantee ticket number on the check; and (5) Mail the check to the customer no later than thirty days following the event; and (6) Retain all refunded tickets as a part of the records for the event.
