WAC 230-10-310. Selling gift certificates

When selling gift certificates, bingo operators must: (1) Issue the gift certificates consecutively; and (2) Ensure that the gift certificates are paid for in full at the time of purchase; and (3) Deposit all funds collected separately into the gambling account within five banking days; and (4) Include each gift certificate number with the deposit record.
