WAC 230-10-325. Reconcile gift certificates monthly

Bingo operators must reconcile gift certificates monthly. Operators must have a gift certificate inventory log, which includes, at least: (1) Each gift certificate number; and (2) Dollar value of each gift certificate; and (3) Date the gift certificate was sold or awarded as a bingo prize; and (4) Date the gift certificate was redeemed.
