WAC 230-10-451. Recordkeeping for linked bingo prize games

(1) All linked bingo licensees must maintain all records required for bingo licensees with gross gambling receipts over one hundred fifty thousand dollars in their previous license year for all their bingo operations; and (2) For funds contributed to accrued linked bingo prizes, licensees must modify each bingo game daily record to include, at least: (a) The amount of the contribution; and (b) The amount of any consolation prize the licensee paid for a linked bingo prize game; and (c) The name of the linked bingo prize provider to whom the contribution is made.
