WAC 230-11-335. Wearing nametags

Anyone participating in the management or operation of an electronic raffle must wear a nametag. The nametag must: (1) Be provided by the electronic raffle licensee; and (2) Display at least the person's first name; and (3) Display the electronic raffle licensee's name; and (4) Be clear and visible.
