WAC 230-11-365. Raffle ticket receipt requirements

Raffle ticket receipts must include the following information: (1) Name and contact information of the electronic raffle licensee; and (2) Raffle ticket number(s); and (3) Unique validation number or barcode information; and (4) Raffle sales unit identifier; and (5) Date and time issued; and (6) Total cost and quantity; and (7) Website where the electronic raffle rules are available and winning raffle ticket number will be posted; and (8) The statement, "Ticket holders need not be present to win."; and (9) Date the prize must be claimed by.
