WAC 230-13-085. Control and maintenance of amusement games

Amusement game operators must: (1) Closely monitor and control all games to ensure they are operated according to all provisions of Title 230 WAC and chapter 9.46 RCW; and (2) Protect players from fraud and game manipulation; and (3) Maintain all games or machines in proper condition to ensure they comply with their authorized amusement game group.
