WAC 230-14-070. Displaying flares

(1) Punch board or pull-tab operators must place flares in plain view and in the vicinity of the pull-tab container or dispenser. (2) If operators do not attach the flare directly to the container or dispenser, they must include a numerical or alphabetical reference directly on the flare and on the container or dispenser indicating which flare corresponds to which series.
