WAC 230-14-225. Sufficient funds for carry-over jackpot pull-tab prizes

We consider it prima facie evidence of defrauding players if the licensee: (1) Fails to have sufficient funds available to pay a carry-over jackpot; or (2) Attempts to use carry-over jackpots for any purpose other than paying winners.
