WAC 230-14-266. Location of unplayed punch boards and pull-tab series

(1) Punch board and pull-tab operators must retain unplayed punch board and pull-tab series: (a) On the licensed premises; or (b) Off premises, if the operator provides them to us when requested. (2) Operators must make these items available on the licensed premises to those persons listed in RCW 9.46.130 and to local taxing authorities to inspect.
