WAC 230-15-130. Rotating the deal in player-dealt games

If card game licensees offer player-dealt games: (1) The deal must pass from player to player; and (2) A player may not deal another game until all of the players at the table have had their turn to deal. Players may voluntarily waive their right to deal any particular game.
