WAC 230-15-195. Keeping and making daily records available

Card game licensees must: (1) Keep the daily records of card room operations for at least three years; (2) Have the past six months of daily card game records on the premises of the card room and available for inspection; and (3) Make records older than six months available within forty-eight hours if we, local law enforcement, or taxing authorities request the records.
