WAC 230-15-250. Recordkeeping for card tournaments

(1) Card game licensees must keep tournament records in the format we require. (2) On the card tournament summary for the first day of a tournament, card game licensees must include the total gross gambling receipts (total tournament entry fees) and attach it to the summary of participants, entry fees, and buy-ins. (3) Class F licensees must attach the tournament records to the daily card game records for the date they awarded the majority of the prizes in the tournament.
