WAC 230-15-375. Posting rules for a player-supported jackpot

Class F or house-banked licensees must prominently post a sign stating: (1) How they will distribute player supported jackpot (PSJ) money if they discontinue the PSJ or stop operating the card game; and (2) Conditions under which prizes may be won; and (3) Prize amount; and (4) Cost to participate; and (5) Administrative fees; and (6) Any other conditions which may affect the outcome of the game.
