WAC 230-15-779. Requirements for drop boxes/cassettes in TITO-enabled bill validators

Ticket-enabled bill validators must be equipped with a drop box/cassette to collect, store, and secure currency and tickets. (1) Drop boxes/cassettes must: (a) Be housed in a locked compartment; and (b)(i) Have a separate lock to open the drop box/cassette; and (ii) The locks to secure the compartment housing and drop box/cassette must be different from each other; and (c) Have labels on the lockable drop boxes/cassettes with a permanent number clearly visible which corresponds to a permanent number on the gambling table to which the electronic bill acceptor is affixed; and (2) The transportation and storing of drop boxes/cassettes in TITO-enabled bill validators must adhere to WAC 230-15-590 and 230-15-600 .
