WAC 230-16-210. Alternative formats for recordkeeping

Manufacturers and distributors must receive advanced written approval from us for any alternative format of recording, such as: (1) Sales invoice numbers explained in WAC 230-16-190 (1)(a); or (2) Invoice files by customer name and invoice number; or (3) Tracking progressive jackpot pull-tab series; or (4) Sales journals; or (5) Cash disbursements book (check register).
