WAC 230-17-145. Stays of final orders

(1) Any party may petition the commission for a stay of a final order in accordance with RCW 34.05.467 . (2) For purposes of this rule, the commission hereby delegates to the director the authority to deny a stay or issue a temporary stay. The decision of the director denying a stay is not subject to judicial review.
