WAC 230-17-160. Hearings when gambling devices are seized

(1) We follow the processes explained in RCW 9.46.231 when we seize gambling devices. (2) The item seized is forfeited to the state unless a claimant is able to prove the device is: (a) Not a gambling device; or (b) An antique gambling device as defined by RCW 9.46.235 .
