WAC 230-17-185. Petitions for rule making

(1) Any person may petition the commission to adopt, change, or repeal a rule in Title 230 WAC. The petition must contain enough information so the commissioners and the public can understand the proposal. (2) All persons must follow the requirements explained in RCW 34.05.330 for petitions for rule making.
