Exhibits must be formatted and filed in accordance with the board's electronic exhibit requirements. Information about accessing the CMS and requirements for exhibits is available at the ELUHO website at www.eluho.wa.gov . (3) Email or mail filings shall substitute for filing through the CMS in the event that the filing through the CMS is unavailable or impossible or if a party does not have the technological capacity, such as lack of access to an internet connection or a computer, to utilize the CMS.
