WAC 246-10-103. Signature authority

(1) A person designated by the program shall sign all initiating documents issued under this chapter. (2) The presiding officer or review officer shall sign orders issued under this chapter. (3) Authority to sign is indicated by designation of the title of the person signing and shall not require any other affirmation, affidavit, or allegation.
