WAC 246-10-114. Public records

(1) All papers, exhibits, transcripts, and other materials required by or submitted in accordance with this chapter are public records. (2) Release of information upon request for public records is subject to the following limitations: (a) Release of health care information must comply with chapter 70.02 RCW and any applicable statute or rule; and (b) Chapter 42.56 RCW governs the release of records.
