WAC 246-215-01110. Applicability

(1) The requirements of this chapter apply to an operation that meets the definition of a food establishment as defined in WAC 246-215-01115 (50). (2) When a local board of health adopts rules with more stringent provisions than those contained in this chapter, the more stringent rules apply.
