WAC 246-215-04220. Accuracy — Temperature measuring devices, food (FDA Food Code 4-203.11)

(1) food temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Celsius or dually scaled in Celsius and Fahrenheit must be accurate to ± 1°C in the intended range of use. (2) food temperature measuring devices that are scaled only in Fahrenheit must be accurate to ± 2°F in the intended range of use.
