WAC 246-215-04254. Functionality — Warewashing machines, temperature measuring devices (FDA Food Code 4-204.115)

A warewashing machine must be equipped with a temperature measuring device that indicates the temperature of the water: (1) In each wash and rinse tank; and (2) As the water enters the hot water sanitization final rinse manifold or in the chemical sanitizing solution tank.
