WAC 246-215-05120. Quality — Nondrinking water (FDA Food Code 5-102.12)

(1) A non drinking water supply must be used only if its use is approved . (2) Non drinking water must be used only for nonculinary purposes such as air conditioning, non food equipment cooling, fire protection and irrigation of non food landscape foliage.
