WAC 246-215-05140. Distribution, delivery and retention — Pressure (FDA Food Code 5-103.12)

Water under pressure must be provided to all fixtures, equipment , and non food equipment that are required to use water except that water supplied as specified under WAC 246-215-05150 (1) and (2) to a temporary food establishment or in response to a temporary interruption of a water supply need not be under pressure.
