WAC 246-215-05240. Numbers and capacities — Service sink (FDA Food Code 5-203.13)

(1) At least one service sink or one curbed cleaning facility equipped with a floor drain must be provided and conveniently located for the cleaning of mops or similar wet floor cleaning tools and for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste. (2) Toilets and urinals may not be used as a service sink for the disposal of mop water and similar liquid waste.
