WAC 246-227-120. Other records required

Each registrant conducting industrial radiography shall have the following documents, where applicable, available on site for inspection by the department: (1) Operating and emergency procedures; (2) Applicable regulations; (3) Survey records required pursuant to WAC 246-227-050 ; (4) Daily pocket dosimeter records for the period of operation at the site pursuant to WAC 246-227-080 ; and (5) Proof of the latest calibration for specific instruments in use at the site pursuant to WAC 246-227-040 .
