WAC 246-229-0080. What are the requirements for bypassing safety interlocks?

Bypassing a safety interlock or interlocks is allowed only if: (1) Authorized by the radiation safety committee and/or radiation safety officer; (2) Recorded in a permanent log and a notice posted at the accelerator control console; and (3) The bypass procedure is terminated as soon as possible.
