WAC 246-235-001. Purpose and scope

(1) This chapter establishes requirements for the issuance of specific licenses. (2) The provisions and requirements of this chapter are in addition to, and not in substitution for, other requirements of these regulations. In particular the provisions of chapter 246-232 WAC apply to applications and licenses subject to this chapter.
