WAC 246-243-100. Quarterly inventory

Each licensee shall conduct a quarterly physical inventory to account for all sealed sources and for devices containing depleted uranium (DU) received or possessed. The records of the inventories shall be maintained for three years from the date of inventory for inspection by the department and shall include: (1) Exposure device or source changer make, model, and serial number; (2) Sealed source serial number and manufacturer; (3) Radionuclide and current activity in becquerels (curies) or mass (for DU) in each device; (4) Location of sealed source or device/changer; (5) Date of inventory; (6) Name of person who performed inventory.
