WAC 246-250-020. License required

(1) No person may receive, possess, or dispose of waste received from other persons at a land disposal facility unless authorized by a license issued by the department pursuant to this chapter, and chapter 246-235 WAC. (2) Each person shall file an application with the department pursuant to chapter 246-235 WAC and obtain a license as provided in this chapter before commencement of construction of a land disposal facility. Failure to comply with this requirement may be grounds for denial of a license.
