WAC 246-262-020. General administration

(1) The department and the local health officer for each local health jurisdiction containing a RWCF shall develop a joint plan of operation listing the roles of each agency for administering these rules. The plan shall designate who will be responsible for: (a) Plan review; (b) Permit issuance; (c) Inspection; (d) Surveillance; and (e) Enforcement. (2) The department shall have information on which agency to contact for obtaining construction and operation permits. (3) Fees may be charged as authorized in RCW 70.90.150 .
