WAC 246-262-110. Advisory committee

The RWCF advisory committee shall: (1) Perform functions as specified in accordance with RCW 70.90.130 ; (2) Meet at least one time each year; (3) Be composed of representatives as specified in RCW 70.90.130 appointed to staggered two-year terms, the representative from the department shall not be subject to these conditions; (4) Select a chairperson every two years; (5) Establish department representative as ongoing secretary of the advisory committee; and (6) Present an annual report to the board summarizing committee activities.
