WAC 246-272C-0005. Administration

The department shall administer this chapter under the authority and requirements of chapter 43.70 RCW. The local health officers shall administer portions of this chapter related to on-site sewage systems with design flows of less than three thousand five hundred gallons per day, as described in chapter 70.05 RCW.
