WAC 246-282-120. Penalty clause

A person found violating any of the provisions of this chapter or chapter 69.30 RCW is guilty of a gross misdemeanor, and upon conviction will be subject to: (1) A fine; or (2) Imprisonment in the county jail of the county in which the offense was committed; or (3) Both fine and imprisonment.
