WAC 246-337-116. Animal management and safety

The licensee must develop and implement policies and procedures that protect the health and safety of residents when service animals or, if allowed, therapy animals or pets are allowed on the premises. Policies and procedures must address: (1) Animal immunizations; (2) Animal behavior; (3) The handling and cleanup of animal waste; and (4) Animal health care needs.
