WAC 246-358-065. Sewage disposal

The operator shall: (1) Provide sewage disposal systems in accordance with local health jurisdictions. (2) Connect all drain, waste, and vent systems from buildings to: (a) Public sewers, if available; or (b) Approved on-site sewage disposal systems that are designed, constructed, and maintained as required in chapters 246-272A and 173-240 WAC, and local ordinances.
