WAC 246-359-200. Wood framed construction

(1) Buildings constructed using wood materials must follow the requirements of WAC 246-359-001 through 246-359-340 to comply with this chapter. (2) Wood structural members in contact with the ground, and/or concrete must be pressure treated and must bear the proper grade mark of an approved inspection/testing agency.
