WAC 246-360-130. Lighting

The licensee must: (1) Maintain light intensities adequate for safety; (2) Upon request from a guest, provide additional light for tasks or general illumination; and (3) Provide sufficient emergency lighting for guests to be able to exit the facility safely in the event of a power outage.
