WAC 246-790-127. Vendor advisory committee

(1) The department shall facilitate a WIC vendor advisory committee. (2) The committee shall function in an advisory capacity. (3) Participation is voluntary. (4) Invitations for participation may include authorized WIC vendors, retail grocer associations, food manufacturers, wholesale suppliers, and retail checker labor unions.
