WAC 246-808-570. Pelvic or prostate examination prohibited

The physical examination to determine the necessity for chiropractic care does not include vaginal (pelvic) examination or prostate examination. Chiropractors are prohibited from performing such examination and from directing any agent or employee to perform such examination.
