WAC 246-812-350. License display — Notification of address

A licensed denturist shall: (1) Display their license, at all times, in a place plainly visible to individuals receiving services on the premises and be readily available for inspection by any designee of the board; and (2) Notify the board of the physical business address or addresses, including changes, where the licensee shall engage in the practice of denturism.
