WAC 246-841A-980. Expired credential

If the certificate has been expired for three years or less, the practitioner must meet the requirements as provided in WAC 246-12-020 through 246-12-051 . If the certificate has expired for over three years, the practitioner must: (1) Demonstrate competence to the standards established by the commission; (2) Meet the requirements of WAC 246-12-020 through 246-12-051 .
