WAC 246-926-500. X-ray technician registration requirements

To obtain registration as an X-ray technician an applicant must submit: (1) An completed application on forms provided by the secretary; (2) Written verification of any licenses held, submitted directly from that licensing entity; (3) Applicable fees as defined in WAC 246-926-990 ; and (4) Any other information determined by the secretary.
