WAC 246-926-600. Expired certifications and registrations

(1) If the license has expired for three years or less, the practitioner must meet the requirements of WAC 246-12-040 . (2) If the license has expired for over three years, the practitioner must: (a) Demonstrate competence to the standards established by the secretary; and (b) Meet the requirements of WAC 246-12-040 .
