WAC 132E-16-130. Permit revocation

Parking permits may be revoked for any of the following reasons: (1) When the purpose for which the permit was issued changes or no longer exists. (2) When a permit is used on a vehicle not registered with the college security office. (3) For willful or continued violation of college parking regulations. (4) For falsification of information provided on the permit application.
